Terms of Service

Effective as of June 2026

These terms govern the use of KMFlow: both the website kmflow.io and the application kmflow.app. Please read them carefully: by using the service you agree to the conditions below.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, joining the waitlist or using any feature of KMFlow, you declare that you have read, understood and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

KMFlow is a multi-tenant SaaS for motorsport team management: part lifecycle tracking by kilometer, race management, financials and an AI assistant (MAIA). The product is provided "as is" and is in launch phase (early access). Features may be added, changed or removed without prior notice during this period.

3. Account and access

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Do not share your login with third parties. Each user must have their own account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account, or have the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian.
• All activity performed through your account is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

KMFlow may not be used for:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights;
• Spam, mass messaging or distribution of malicious content;
• Reverse engineering, decompilation or any attempt to extract source code;
• Resale, sublicensing or redistribution without written authorization.

5. Team data

Data entered into KMFlow (parts, races, financial entries, setup configurations) belongs to the team that created it. KMFlow does not claim ownership over this data and does not use it for purposes beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. During the early access period there is no formal SLA or 100% uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Outages caused by third parties (hosting providers, payment gateways, etc.) may occur and are outside our direct control.

7. Payments

Subscription payments are processed via Stripe. Cancellation can be made at any time directly through your account. We do not refund periods already used, except where required by law. Automatic renewal occurs at the cycle you chose (monthly or yearly) and a billing notice is sent by email before each renewal.

8. Limitation of liability

KMFlow is a support tool for race team management. We are not responsible for technical or operational decisions (including maintenance decisions, part replacement or race strategy) made on the basis of data or alerts from the system. Technical and operational responsibility for the vehicle and the team always rests with the team and its professionals.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email to active users. Continued use of the service after the notice period implies acceptance of the updated terms.
